“The place was very dirty. Downstairs ac unit was not blowing cold air house stayed at 82 and above the whole trip. Property manager kept saying he was sending someone and had excuses on to why it wasn't done. He was there at one point and even said he was sweating just standing in the kitchen. He sent me back about 10% of what we paid. However for what I paid for our 4 night stay it doesn't make up for the sauna. The pillows on the bed are flat as paper. The floors were flithy like they hadn't……

“The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions……

“Amazing house, highly recommend staying with kids and pets. The bunkbeds are an instant hit with the kids. Be careful with the cabinet between the bunkbeds, it is tethered to the wall but the lamp is not and has taken some abuse. Thankfully we noticed before and took it down before it crashed down on a kids head. The communication was top nitch and super easy check-in and out. Great experience, and would definitely stay again! ”
