“I stayed at this property five years ago during the Christmas Holiday and was very impressed. It was great staying again this year and to see that the facility was still well-maintained. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed that Vrbo required an additional 3,000 deposit!!! Since I reserved the property in late October, Vrbo would hold my funds until January!! Unfortunately, this policy would prevent me from selecting this property as my first choice for future Christmas stays. ”

“We had a great time at the purple house. Good location with restaurants within walking distance and the fenced in yard was amazing. The back yard was not as usable as we expected but it had a great front porch. ”

“The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions……
