"The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk."

"Wow!!! What an amazing trip my husband and I had visiting Banff and staying in the Fairmont Gold in Banff Springs. The staff truly roll out the red carpet and made a very memorable experience. The food was great and the spa was lovely!"
