Sorry you had a poor stay. We will have aquatic facilities but they are not open yet. It is listed on our website directly as -OPENING SUMMER 2024. It appears we failed on some of our process. We are happy to resolve all your directly and immediately while you stay with us. Please contact the front desk directly at any time. We would have loved to have had the opportunity to have improved the quality of your stay.
