Location is good, convenient to access bus or subway. A lot of dining options close by. But the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Dirty stain on room light buttons, dirty floor etc. One day the cleaning staff left a bag of garbage on my room table while she should have taken it away. Room beddings were said to change every other day but weren’t changed for the three days we were there.

"Beds were awesome. The pillows and comforter were top notch. There is also a small convenience store by breakfast? Also love that a mall and metro subway is simply just down the elevator?! I will stop here every time before I visit Jeju- def helped to get over jet lag!! ^^"

"It’s our second time staying at ENA. We had a great stay last time so we chose to stay here again. The front desk always greets you with a smile. There are two washer and dryers if you wanna do your laundry. Namdaemun is a convenient area for sightseeing so location is excellent. We like ENA!"
