今次是第2次入住,房間沒有問題,整潔舒適,但入住時間應該是下午15:00,我們到時已經是16:30,但還未能入住,需要等1個鐘,原因是房間還沒有清潔,送了飲品券,但我們都沒有用完,想快點完成入住出去玩,希望能夠改進

跟之前Anantara比較之下,完全不行,早餐大概只有之前的5/1,客房清潔浴巾收走之後也不補,需要告知才送來,整題硬體設備維護也很差,相信不久之後飯店很快就破爛了

Disappointed by the changes
I stayed with this hotel before for business trip and it wasn’t manage by JC Kevin group. I come back because I loved it and we are very disappointed this time. Everything looks so old and not grand anymore as before. Room are not well cleaned and everything looks and damaged, water stains and hair everywhere before we arrived. Many amenities are not provided, not even toothbrush until we ask for it. Breakfast was okay, definitely very different from what I had before. They cut down at least half of the options, no traditional Thai cuisine anymore, only some basic things. BTS is far from the hotel, I don’t think I will come back again due to the degrade quality.

主臥150度美景,客廳、房間坪數大,住起來非常舒適,清潔人員友善,房間清潔的很乾淨,早餐種類多。 小缺點,泳池下午曬不到太陽,有點冷沒辦法下水。上下班時間,飯店外圍塞車嚴重。 整體來說是很超值的飯店。

1. Rate as one 5 stars hotel, I think the property is old n need to renew, it could be reflected on some facility in room. 2. The Gym room is unexpected to be larger. 3. I stayed the room at the club level, but the service was disappointed a. not enough towels in room, the towels were less after 1 st day. b. three persons in room but only 4 bottles of drinking water. I went to club lounge to take some drinking water, the staffs are impolite. It is unexpected as it didn't happen in other 5 stars hotel club level. c. not enough restaurants and the food is bad. d. the shuttle service to the BTS is not enough.

清潔方面有待改善,冰桶有多年汚漬未有清潔。浴室設備經投訴後,馬上修理好,但為何不是由管房檢查清楚才交付? 酒店升降機只有3台,早餐及晚上經常要等待5分鐘以上,令人失望。 本人曾住宿同一品牌酒店(Siam),非常滿意,但是次經驗令人失望!
