A great place to stay in the centre of Bangkok and it lives up to what you would expect of the brand. Staff, facilities, cleanliness - all first class. One quibble: the wine bar in the basement doubles as a pick up joint for high end escorts and the middle aged business men staying at the hotel. Not particularly discreet and the staff are clearly aware because the same girls were there one night after the next. No big deal other than you wouldn’t want to sit alone for too long while waiting for your partner or family member to join you.

It is a beautiful property that exudes the elegance of the old world charm. Great location except a little noisy. Great well trained staffs that makes you feel really welcome. Nothing is too much of a trouble. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
