一入住時，看到房間整理的如圖所示，真的嚇壞了。不過，經理立即出現處理。因在check in有問到另一個房型的價錢,原本要加價$3000/一晚，經理主動表示，只需要加價$2000即可，我們也順利的加價比較大一點的房型，其餘服務很滿意

An elegant and comfortable hotel
One bedroom suit is spacious and comfortable enough. Good location in Silom District, 5 min walk to nearby BTS and MRT stations. Extremely good breakfast at Hotel restaurant. The only comment is the limousine taxi service to the airport arranged by the hotel was not up to expectation. It was an old 7-seater van with a non-working speed meter, just not deserved to charge a double price than regular taxi in the city.

Cleanliness and maintenance need to be improved
Pro: Stuff at front desk, concierge are nice and helpful. Bed is comfy. Con: cleanliness of bathroom is no good. Water in sing not draining... Requested house keeping to fix but still, no improvement when I get back to the room. Bathtub and.other area in the wash room are also not clean. This is the biggest disappointment.

The hotel feels like an oasis as soon as you step in, quite a contrast compared to the local area. The hotel is modern, clean, and great attention to detail. I enquired about traffic going to the airport with taxi with the concierge, and I was even been followed up with a personalised email a while after our phone call. The breakfast is amazing which was paid separately, but it’s well worth the cost. The hotel is next to a night market with lots of street food and massage places. Transportation is also convenient with taxi, MRT, tuk tuk(which is great with traffic jam). Always book taxi with the hotel, they can manage to get you metered taxi, otherwise normal taxi charges a flat fare which is usually 3 to 4 times higher than metered. The hotel is located in a central busy area with great night life, but not the most luxury area in town. However, the hotel definitely offers a great overall service.
