"Good breakfast made fresh, ac kept room cool and was pretty clean. We got rhe larger size room, but previous stay had islam blasting their prayers at 4:45am which was annoying! Good hotel and good area that's easily accessible to other parts of Bangkok."

"Very nice that this is a Hyatt hotel now and Not Novotel. It has only been year but what a difference the staff and all friendly from the moment you get out of the car to entering the room. Restaurants Bar coffee shop and room service are all 24 hours which is nice if your at in or out and funny time. The hotel is still being upgraded but the rooms are clean comfortable. Service in the Bar and Restaurant is good and a lovely pool area. First time I have stayed there since Covid and will definitely be back "
