Is good for the holiday.The swimming pool is very good .Some staff is very helpful.

共住四晚，第一晚入住是，洗手間的便盆堵塞了，通知客服，很快就派人來完成維修。 第一晚洗澡的淋浴花灑水壓超低，水壓十分弱，第二天早上通知客服後，很快就維修妥當。 之後的幾天住得十分舒適，很滿意。 客服為表歉意，於第二晚送了我們一支白酒，第三晚送了四張免費飲品券讓我們到 SkyBar 享用，十分貼心。 整體是十分滿意，一定會再來入住。

The living experience was awesome. Hotel location is good, right next to the big shopping mall Terminal 21, with plenty of options for shopping and meal. Close to MRT and BTS, easy to travel to other parts of the city, excellent for tourists. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet tasted good. Other facilities - gym, pool, bar, sauna were all good. Overall a very enjoyable living experience except that the room key card always didn't work - did not work in elevator and room door. It happened again and nearly daily even after the front desk tried to fix the issue for a few times. We had a great stay.
