「房間設施簡陋，沒有任何茶具，沒有熱水煲和沒有水杯，如要飲用需要到大堂。走廊自動燈感應很差，走廊很黑暗。而且房間10分細，浴室更更更加細，唯一好處在市中心，但我絕對不會再次入住。員工服務整體滿意。」

「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」

「Proche du zénith de Toulouse nous avons choisi cet hôtel avec parking sur réservation afin de poser notre véhicule et ne plus le bouger. L’hôtel est super : propre, personnel accueillant, belle deco et à 5mn à pied du zénith. Quartier vivant car juste à coté nous avons pu profiter des halles magnifiques ! Je recommande vivement 」

「Très bon séjour; Très bien placé à côté de tous les centres d’intérêt et transports principaux. L’accueil au top comme toujours et le petit dej pas mal pour un végétarien. Les chambres ne sont pas hyper bien insonorisés entre chambres mais ça reste aceptable par rapport au reste. 」

「Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in.
