「Absolutely wonderful! We have just spent 7 nights in this hotel. I do not know where to start as everything was just fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent position for trams and trains yet is absolutely peaceful and tranquil. 「Proche du zénith de Toulouse nous avons choisi cet hôtel avec parking sur réservation afin de poser notre véhicule et ne plus le bouger. L’hôtel est super : propre, personnel accueillant, belle deco et à 5mn à pied du zénith. Quartier vivant car juste à coté nous avons pu profiter des halles magnifiques ! Je recommande vivement 」

「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」
