Downstairs:
-Queen bedroom with plush mattress, high-end linens, & smart TV
-Kids bunk room that sleeps 4 (individual twin beds between the bunk beds, trundle and single bed.
-Bean bag chairs and smart TV so the kids have their own area to hang out and play.
-Shared full bathroom between the lower floor bedrooms.

Guests have complete access to home and entire property. A keypad code will be provide with checkin instructions sent 24-48 hours prior to checkin.
We have a local property manager and handyman that live close by who can handle any onsite guest needs. We also have three people watching the listing in case needs arise.
