Great place to stay to ski Sugar. Quick walk to slopes. Original door code provided did not get us in. Easily corrected. Loud refrigerator.

Room was clean but HOT. Ac was set to 65, but it was closer to 80 in the room. The parking situation was atrocious. The wifi required to be entered many times to work. (On all devices not just mine). I tried to communicate both the heat and wifi issue... with no reply.

Arrived and the place was very clean, well decorated, and great location. Few things. My wife and I were trying to watch Netflix in the master bedroom, but the tv kept saying usb not compatible and to remove usb. The tv would keep restarting and we were not able to use the TV. Also, washing machine with cold water option not working and had to wash clothes in hot water. A lot of air freshener plug ins making the apartment have to strong of a scent. I reached out to owner and rental company by vrbo messenger and never received a reply until after we left. The staff at SugarTop very professional and the shuttle to your vehicle was nice. Limited parking at top for guests.
