Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs (stair access only) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.
Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.
Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Quaint comfortable stay
This was such a nice place with all the little details to make it feel like home nice wine glasses , coffee maker just small thoughtful touches I hope to come again . A very nice stay..I recommend coming before dark as it is a very windy road uphill !

Great stay!
My daughter and I came to celebrate her birthday by skiing at Sugar Mountain. Our stay here in the condo was great, super clean, and well kept. The facility did a great job keeping the roads clear from ice and snow. I will definitely stay again!

Loved the coolness
We came up here to get away from the heat and humidity. We loved the cool crisp weather and the scenery from our condo on top of the mountains was
stunning! The condo was comfy and roomy.
The roads were windy twisty and high mayby a little scary.Being we live in the low country the change in scenery was welcome.

Breathtaking view
We loved our stay! The view was breathtaking and lots of great hiking trails and access to amenities. My only complaint would be the lengthy amount of check in and out process. Having to turn on the hot water ourselves, set up balcony cushions, and take trash out to a dumpster much further than our property seemed like a bit much- given the price. Also, it would have been helpful to have more basics provided, including coffee, ziploc bags, etc. typically those items are provided when we stay in these type of rental situations. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great family skication
Very nice condo with great amenities. Loved the gas fireplace and overall coziness of the place. We were a quick drive to nearby restaurants and Sugar Mountain ski slopes. The highlight of the trip was having access to the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day of skiing. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nothing in the advertisement indicated it was downstairs. Hard for some to go up and down. Sofa was awful. Sat on springs of sleeper sofa. No chest for clothing in guest room. No space for food. All cabinets were full. Bar stools were too short for bar and there were not enough cushions for outside furniture.
