"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night"

"Clean and modern, well-appointed and everything worked. Excellent option for small family (although would have been small for 4 adults). Very easy to get to and from airport (located right by bus station) and major sites were accessible on foot. Area was fine during day (busy with open bars and shops) ..."
