- Very nice T3, spacious and independent with garden, swimming pool and large terrace.
This apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Saint Florent and less than 5 minutes from the Patrimonio vineyards.
It consists of a very spacious living room with fully equipped American kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and shower with toilet and separate toilet. This fully equipped and air-conditioned apartment in all rooms.
Outside you will discover a spacious terrace with a covered and uncovered part to make the most of our climate You will enjoy a very sunny private pool with a wooden terrace and sunbathing.
This apartment also has on-site parking.
Bed and bath linen is fully provided and the departure cleaning is included.
