We had a wonderful week working remote from the property. Very quiet with great facilities. From bbq in the garden to working by the pool (great WiFi) it was a truly recharging experience. And also a great night’s sleep in this remote but stunning property. The owners are so friendly and invited us along to their wine bottling and shared their knowledge of the area without reservation. We will be back many many times.

Great place to chill. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly owners who went out of their way to make the stay a wonderful one. I was able to run around the vineyard and enjoy the green art around the estate. And great wines produced by the estate as well

Perfection

We had a fabulous stay! Absolutely stunning grounds, amazing pool and pool area and our apartment was so well equipped. Very luxurious! We very much appreciated the bottle of wine and Olive oil from the estate and would have loved to do the winery tour if it weren’t for having the kids with us! We felt we managed the perfect balance of relaxation with getting out and about and visiting places, it is in a great location to be able to do this. The only couple of points I would suggest is more regular towel change would have been appreciated and a long handled brush or vacuum cleaner as 6 days without being cleaned (cleaning is weekly) is a long time with kids!

Anthony and Dorean are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond their normal duties. They provided us with rides to the grocery store when we arrived and to the train station to get a car. They are also just very nice people. The hotel is beautiful and in brand new condition, the grounds are lovely and very well kept and the view is like a movie set. We were in our fifth week of vacation and had are best say here by far.

Fantastisk sted

Fantastisk lækkert feriested. Smukke omgivelser med udsigt over vin- og oliven marker. Utrolig venlig og imødekommende service. Værtinden på stedet taler engelsk, og er meget behjælpelig med at give gode råd om udflugter mm. Dette er indbegrebet af en ferie man ikke vil hjem fra. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

Den skønneste lille perle vi har besøgt. Ejerne er utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Bestemt et sted vi gerne vil besøge igen. Der er rent og pænt alle steder. Eneste minus er, at der ikke er en restaurant på stedet.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Es waren wundervolle Tage leider zu kurz. Die Unterkunft mit dem wunderschönen Park und Pool sind mit viel Liebe angelegt worden. Die Lage auf dem Hügel mit wunderschönen Ausblick und Ruhe hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber mit hochwertiger Küche. Die Anlage ist trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen unweit von einem Bahnhof mit guten Verbindungen nach Siena und Florenz. Allerdings benötigt man unbedingt Mietwagen.

Great vacations in Italy. 2nd part of our family trip in Tuscany in an outstanding location. Tenuta Tegolato is located strategically to reach top sights (15’ from San Gimignano) surrounded by nature on top of a classic hill full of vineyards and cypresses. It is well managed by a family who will focus their efforts to assure you will feel at home. The beauty of the place together with the relaxing pool will be the best place to relax with a nice glass of wine. All their advices have been extremely useful and we’ve tried also some proposed restaurants of the surroundings (all great). Have fun and enjoy every moment.
