This fantastic apartment, recently renovated in January 2024, is located in the famous Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza de España and the Fira de Barcelona congress center and just 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas
This 85 m2 apartment in Barcelona has three large bedrooms, two of them with 2 single beds each and another bedroom with a double bed, all with a wardrobe.
There are two bathrooms with shower.
The open dining room has a table, comfortable leather sofa, TV and has access to a balcony with outdoor furniture. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary capsules for your arrival, kettle, etc.

The apartment is located next to 3 metro lines: L1 which in just 2 stations leaves us at Plaza Catalunya or the Gothic Quarter; The L5 that takes us to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral in a short trip and L3 that takes you to the port of Barcelona. The city center is located just a few steps from the apartment..

Perfect week in Barcelona thanks to our stay at Art House Sepulveda! This is our second time staying in this apartment, we love the easy access to bus and metro, tons of restaurants, shops and the feel that you are part of a community. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped with really comfortable beds AND pillows! Everything works and if there is a problem it will be fixed ASAP. We highly recommend this place and we will come back again. Thanks Lydia and Tony!
