"This hotel is in a great location in the Born neighborhood. Easy walk to metro, bus and train. Next to a great park. Lots of stores and restaurants within minutes of walking. I did not get breakfast included but paid €16 for breakfast about 3 days. The breakfast was ok but not worth that price as it had limited options and you can easily have breakfast at a nearby hotel for lower cost. There's a great cafe right next to the hotel.
The bar staff in the lounge was great. I brought a bottle of wine to them to have them open it and they gave me a bottle opener and glasses to bring to my room. That allowed me to enjoy several bottles of wine in my room during my stay. Front desk staff was also helpful assisting me with questions about how to use transportation to Sitges.
Great views on the 7th floor.
At night it can be a little noisy but considering it's in a city that should be expected."

"Having read a few reviews on places in Barcelona, the theme of noise came up quite a lot. This is partly why we picked the Andante along with what looked like a clean, modern and well located hotel and we weren't disappointed. It was a lovely quiet hotel. Rooms and communal areas were bright and clean and the staff were helpful. The location is great - close to the metro, the Gothic quarter and the harbour.
Travelling with two children, we had a family room where we could keep the doors open between the rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the facilities were great.
The view from the pool is amazing, even if it was a little cold for swimming in April.
The staff were really helpful and we were able to leave our luggage on the last day and use the hotel facilities up until the time of our flight.
Would recommend this hotel to others looking to explore the city for a few days."

"Over all we had a great stay at hotel. Only true downside (which isn’t hotels felt) is noise from street was loud, we had been traveling so we were pretty exhausted and the street noise kept us up, tell wee hours of the night. We paid for the breakfast buffet, I would return just for that it was fantastic. One waitstaff member seemed bothered over guests but every other staff member throughout the hotel was helpful and kind. Maybe she was just having an off week. Staff was very accommodating to holding our luggage before and after check out. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay again. "
