Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The apartment was centrally located with easy access to public transportation, proximity to attractions, grocery store. It was spacious enough for a family of four.
However, there are a number of things they could improve. There were still some cobwebs near the dining area. The beds were not comfortable and provided no support. We had to put some wooden planks so that mattress does not sink in.
Despite, repeated requests from day 1 to clear bathroom clog, they did not fix the issue during the whole stay (6 night stay). The bath water was at least ankle deep. The shower curtain was dirty and had mold at the bottom.
The gas stove had a knob that was loose. We struggled to make sure it was in the correct setting so that gas wasn’t on.
The living room furniture was worn out too.
Lastly, it would have been to helpful to know ahead that online check in implies picking up keys from a storage facility that is 25 minutes away from apartment. Had we known that we would opted for in person check in and saved time and extra uber charges.
