Comfortable and cozy apartment. It has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a pleasant stay: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine etc ... The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. . Building with elevator recently restored. High speed Wifi
My client profile is people over 30, families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that could disturb the neighbors.
A 5 minute walk to Plaza España and 15 minutes walk to Plaza Cataluña. From the apartment you can access on foot many of the attractions of the city. It is also excellently connected: buses at the door to the beaches, and a few minutes, metro, funicular Montjuic, tourist bus, shuttle to the airport terminal.

My client profile is people over 30, families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that could disturb the neighbors.
My flat is in a neighborhood called L´Eixample. It´s in the center of the city. It´s walking distance from the convention center in Plaza España. Very close (also walking distance) from the Miró museum and Caixa Forum. Located about 15 minutes walking distance from the famous Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Twenty minutes from the airport on a bus, which stops 5 blocks away from my apartment. We also have a huge and nice shopping center, with all the shops and restaurants you need and it´s just a 5 minute walk away.

My flat is the top floor of a beautiful building with a lift. Our neighbors are calm, quiet and respectful. It´s a beautiful flat, full of natural light and there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one full kitchen, a beautiful living room with TV, DVD, and a music stereo. Six people can sleep in this flat. It´s in a neighborhood called Eixample- a nice, clam, and safe neighborhood in the center of Barcelona. There are plenty of bars and restaurants which you can reach by foot. We have a supermarket right across the street and the underground and bus stops just one block away.

This beautiful apartment was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe at night and bustling with great activities during the day. The building is located in close distance to subway stops, and is convenient to any activity in Barcelona. There are lots of great grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Our host Mariona was wonderful to communicate with during our stay...when we had an unexpected delay in checking in, she was able to be flexible with meeting up. She gave some great information about the area and was available to answer any questions we had about the apartment or area.Other pros: blazing fast internet access, elevator service to the apartment, great balcony, well appointed kitchen and towels/pillows/blankets, powerful mini split ac unit, comfortable beds and sofas. We very much appreciated /used the maps and Barcelona guidebooks at the property. My kids loved the board games in the bonus/dining area. One regret? Not staying longer.. Mariona's place set us up for the perfect trip to Barcelona.

Tuvimos una estadía increíble en la casa de Mariona en Barcelona. La casa es super acogedora, amplia muy práctica y Mariona ha estado en todos los detalles. Al llegar nos encontramos champú, acondicionador y jabón de ducha en los baños, te, café, azúcar y algunos condimentos para cocinar, etc, realmente una atención al detalle impresionante. La cocina esta super equipada para cocinar. Nos ha encantado la zona porque no se siente turística y queda relativamente cerca de todo caminando (20-30 mins), cerca de transporte público y está lleno de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes por la zona . A pesar del calor del verano de Barcelona hemos podido dormir muy bien porque este apartamento cuenta con ventiladores en cada cuarto y un aire acondicionado en el living-comedor que refrescan la casa. Mariona ha estado pendiente de nosotros, y hasta nos ha ayudado con una emergencia personal. Realmente estamos muy satisfechos y recomendamos enormemente este apartamento y a Mariona como anfitriona, ¡esperamos poder volver pronto, gracias Mariona!

Mariona is a lovely and helpful person. Check in went well. More than adequate for our needs but not luxurious. We were there during a very hot spell and the AC unit struggled to keep up. Very good and convenient location. Felt very safe with very good neighborhood food and drinks close by. Lots of taxis and close to the Orange line Hop On/Off bus.

Location was perfect walking distance for tourist destinations but also nicely situated close to local neighborhoods. Mariona was an excellent host. Stayed 4 nights in a lovely flat, accommodating 5 adults and a teenager. The location was perfect, and Mariona was very helpful, gave us early access since we were coming off a cruise, even called us a taxi for our airport needs. All in all, a beautiful stay in a nice neighborhood.

Great location and home. We enjoyed Mariona’s home. She was prompt on meeting us and even helped get a taxi for us to the airport. Excellent WiFi. The a/c is typically for older European homes with a mini split that you need the bedroom doors open to feel. But there were ceiling fans so we really didn’t need to worry about keeping the doors open at night to the bedroom. Finally a place that has ceiling fans. Excellent helpful host!

Absolutely fantastic stay at this property. Mariona met us when we arrived and gave us some tips about the local area, she checked in a few days later to make sure we were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed It was super clean, had all the facilities expected, a full kitchen and two bathrooms and we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here. Location was great. Not too far from anywhere you want to be and there’s a tube station literally 3-4 mins walk away from the front door so you can easily get anywhere further if needed!

Exceptional Spring Break

We lived staying in the perfect locale. We were able to walk nearly everywhere or catch a quick taxi. We wanted old world charm and this flat fit the bill! We felt safe in the neighborhood. There were several friendly eateries and quaint bars just steps away.
