Wonderful stay in Barcelona

Spent 6 nights at this property. Love the fact that it is located in a residential neighborhood away from the touristy area yet very accessible by walk or subway. Apartment has all of the amenities one could possibly wish for and can easily accommodate our family of 7. Highly recommend!!!

Good Location, but...

The apartment is in a good location. Lots to see, do, and eat nearby. Communication - they have limited business hours so there can be a long wait time for response. They charged us three times when we booked and it took me 5 days to resolve the issue with them. A bit of a struggle. Once I could get through to them, it was okay. The person who checked us in - Noman - was spectacular. The pictures make the apartment seem very bright and modern - that’s not actually the case. It’s pretty old and run down, though some superficial decorating attempts have been made. One shower runs hot water, the other runs from hot to cool consistently throughout the shower. TV has no signal. Sofa bed is broken. Lock on one bathroom door is missing. Would be nice to have some table lamps in bedrooms and hooks for towels as some thoughtful touches. When flagged, they offered to send a repairman. I’m hoping they use our departure as an opportunity to get the work done, as none of these things should have been a surprise since others have stayed there. I’m not saying don’t stay here, but at that price, if you have other options, jump on them.

Location is great

The check in process was aweful. Took us 3 hours to get it sorted out. The remote opening system doesnt work. Location is great
