"The location is really convenient. There are direct buses from the airport, and the hotel is located just minutes away from the chaotic Tsim Sha Tsui. Perfect for an escape from the crowd. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and cozy. However, what stood out was the impeccable service. We were woken up by guests stomping their feet for hours through the night. I made a complaint to the front desk and the hotel manager on shift the night of 4 Feb, who came to investigate, but he couldn't confirm that the noise was from the guest just above. He offered us a room change the next day. Really grateful for saving our sleep :) Eaton Hotel will definitely be the first choice on our next trip to HK (Hopefully soon)"

"Excellent location, our room has a view of Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong Island. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Easy access to the MRT and AirPort Express Station in Kowloon. Definitely will stay here again. "
