Situation:
Perfect location in the city centre, just a step away from all the interesting sites and services.
Some places of interest in the surrounding areas: Casa Batlló, La Pedrera - Casa Milà, Modernist buildings along the Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Universitat, Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas
This area has many things to offer: restaurants, bars, sidewalk cafés, discos, supermarkets, shops.
Due to its strategic location, the apartment has excellent communications, buses and Metro.

Diagonal (L3-L5/green and blue)
Passeig de Gracia (L3-L4/green and yellow)
Description:
Cozy Studio of 35 m2 in a building without lift on the first floor. Recently renovated with style and good taste. Roof beams have been restored.
We have all in only one space:
A kitchen, living room with double sofa-bed and double bed elevated which can be reached via a convenient stairs.
Bathroom with shower.
Comfortably furnished with all facilities.

Schönes Apartment in der Nähe der Innenstadt

Gute Basis, um einen schöne Sightseeing-Woche in Barcelona zu verbringen. Zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten zur Rambla und nur 30 Minuten z.B. ins Picasso-Museum. Mit dem Bus noch schneller. Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet, benötigt aber mal eine Überholung (Dusche, Arbeitsplatte in der Küche). Der Couchtisch und der Schaukelstuhl ind en Fotos haben wir nicht gesehen. W-LAN funktioniert gut, auch das rin elektronische Checkin. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist wegen des Straßenlärms unmöglich, aber es war Oktober. Für zwei Personen zu empfehlen.

Nothing Chic about it, just shabby

This place needs major cleaning,and new furniture that you can actually sit in. The bentwood rocker in the picture has a dangerous broken arm, and the couch terrible to sit on But the 2 most unacceptable items are: 1) the washer is totally infected by mold. To the extent the whole apartment smells. If you are allergic, you will not stay. I did not use it and hand washed my clothes, despite choosing this place because of the washer. 2) the stairs up to the loft are narrow and steep with NO hand rail! Very dangerous! I don't know how this is legal by any country standard. I cannot recommend

Barcelona studio

Studio was in a good location. My husband and I like to walk and most everything we wanted to see or do was in walking distance. I have psoriatic arthritis so we were unable to use the bed in the loft. We slept on the pull out couch. There was a bit of a sewer smell every once in a while. Bought some Glade spray and that helped some.
