Great location but too many issues

We loved the central location and easy access to everything. However, the property was not properly cleaned especially the bathroom. The place will not work for you If you are sensitive to noise. Almost 3 weeks after leaving the place and several emails later, we are still waiting for our 300 Euro damage deposit. Why?
