2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.
4. No smoking inside the apartment.
5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.
7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.
8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM - €40; After 12AM - €60. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Until 8PM - €30; After 8PM - €60 (paid in cash or by card).
9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.
10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.
11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Sehr ruhige und gute Lage
Das Apartment hat alles was man für einen Besuch in Barcelona braucht, ist gemütlich und funktionell eingerichtet und sehr sauber und nicht heruntergewohnt. Überrascht hat uns die Ruhe, obwohl mitten in der Stadt und mit vielen Caffees, Bars und Restaurants umgeben. Wir haben sehr viel zu Fuß und mit der nahegelegenen U-Bahn erkundet. Gerne wieder bei erneutem Besuch.
