DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
- House with capacity for 11 people, ideal for big families and groups of friends who want to enjoy a few days of relax.
- It has a large garden with swimming pool, ideal to relax on the hottest summer days.
- At your service a big covered terrace and barbecue, perfect to prepare a good meal, have a drink or relax with family and friends in the outdoors.
- Inside you will find a big living room with fireplace, TV area and separate dining area. If you need to work, you will have enough space to put your computer, making it an ideal place for business trips.
- It has 6 rooms, one of them suite, with its own bathroom and of which we highlight its wonderful bathtub with the shape of a marine shell. All rooms are decorated with love, are spacious and bright.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, has a small TV, plenty of storage space and a table.
- The house is available in full and has everything you need for short or long term stays.
- Air conditioning is available in the living room and in all rooms, except in one of them.

- During your arrival, we will welcome you, we will explain the neighborhood, the house and clarify any questions or information you may need.
- In addition, we will put towels and sheets at your service to make your stay even more pleasant.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- The accommodation is located in the upper part of the city of Mataró, in a quiet and familiar environment.
- Just 5 minutes by car is Mataró Parc, a big shopping center with a lot of shops, supermarket, restaurants and cinema.
- For the more adventurous people, at 3 minutes by car, is the Vertical Forest, a park in the middle of nature where you can walk, do different activities and enjoy adventures among the trees.
- The beach of Mataró, as well as its big seaport, is 10 minutes by car from the accommodation.
- In addition, during the summer all the towns of the zone celebrate the typical holidays reason why there are many activities in which to participate, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.

HOW TO MOVE
- The house is in a residential area that has been removed from the city center. For this reason, we recommend you to come with your own vehicle.
- The accommodation is very well connected by road, being possible to reach it through the C-32 motorway.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.
- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival you must pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
