However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. "Just returned from a weeks stay at the Namia by Dori Hotel, Bardalino. The hotel is in a perfect location opposite a local park, very quiet and peaceful yet only a couple of minutes walk to the lakeside, with plenty of restaurants etc to choose from on the way. The hotel was excellent with spacious bedroom and small sitting room complete with large tv in both. The room had tea and coffee making facilites with small fridge and secure safe. The reception staff were very pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable especially Giorgiana. Breakfast staff were pleasant, efficient and very helpful with any requests. We would definatly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Bardalino."
