「Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.」

「We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city.」

「We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...

「Very nice property. Quiet road. We had two cars and were provided with permits for our stay, invaluable as parking in Lincoln is limited. A bit of an uphill walk to the castle and cathedral, but worth it for the peaceful location of the house.A beautiful common behind the house with grazing horses. Easy for dog walking.Easy and helpful communication with our host who provided advice on places to eat.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.」
