Short break in great location

Quiet area. Parking outside house. Central location. Very nice property. Very clean. Plenty to do in Barnard Castle - walks, eateries, pubs, museum, theatre. We hope to return.

The property worked well for us. We had a ride to and from, but didn't have a car and everything we needed was in walking distance, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

A well maintained, recently refurbished property within walking distance of scenic town centre, Bowes Museum and scenic River Tees. I would be perfectly happy to stay again.

Lovely Place

Wood Street Cottage is absolutely lovely! Quiet, Clean, Spacious, all the facilities required. There is lots to do and see! close to local amenities. I couldn't have asked for more, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property and area. Will be returning as we only did a fraction of the sites we wanted to visit.Brilliant!!
