"Staff was friendly, room was clean. The pool is on the smaller side, but it wasn’t busy so it didn’t feel too crowded. Parking was confusing."

"The room was exceptional amidst the lack of firmness of the mattress and terribly soft pillows. The staff were pleasant, courteous and very accommodating. Breakfast was a plain 5/10..eggs, naah n oj ..yuck.... accommodations were a 8/10 pool great, hot tub great and gym useful"

"This is the most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. If I was able to drive i would have gotten the heck out of their the minute i walked in. They had cockroaches climbing the walls in broad daylight. The tub and shower were nasty and unusable. The breakfast couldnt have been worse. Do not stay here. "

"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would never staythere again."

"Breakfast was excellent, beds were good and clean room. Elevator was not working, we have to use stairs all time, the room door lock was failing all time, shower temp control was difficult. Not the best experience."
