Room smelled like it used to be smoking, but overall room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. We arrived really late due to travel and they were very accommodating. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice vending machines and coffee station. Pool hours were longer than the usual which is great. Didn't get a chance to go in, however it looked clean and inviting. Rooms were clean and had a nice layout. I've stayed at quite a few hotels and this one was the best i've stayed at in a good while. Would definitely recommend.

The receptionist couldn't find my reservation. It turned out we were checked in before we showed up, and our room was occupied by somebody else. Finally, they gave us another room, hour and a half after arrival. Happy end.

Staff was very friendly. Hallways smelt freshly clean and our room was immaculate. Amazing amenities and room options for affordable pricing. We felt like we’re staying at the Hilton, very impressed. 10/10 would stay here again.

Don’t stay in room 117. It’s the first room in the building right next to the front desk and breakfast area. You will hear everything. Breakfast could have a bigger selection and vegetarian or non pork options.

Before booking I explained that we needed to have a meeting after checkout time.. We were told this would be fine and the manager confirmed this the next morning. When we learned our meeting would be at a later time she said we could not meet. The meeting area was empty. Why makes things difficult for clients? I travel frequently and have always been able to leave luggage or use the lobby and meeting areas after a checkout when I reason. I will not book at a Best Western again.
