The unit was lovely and clean, very comfortable with all the little extras that make travelling away form a home that much easier. A lot of thought has gone into the little things including the lovely bottle of wine and other treats. Communication was easy and Tony was very responsive. The check in and leaving process was a breeze. Highly recommended.”

“Overall the location and the property was excellent. However we were extremely disappointed with the property management. Firstly, on 25 January I checked my emails for the instructions on after hours key collection to find nothing in my inbox. I called LJ Hooker Sussex Inlet and they advised me that they hadn’t sent the email (despite me having previously advised that we would be arriving after hours). They then sent me an email stating that we needed to collect the key from their lockbox and……

“ The studio was clean and had a fresh feel upon arrival. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable—you could feel the springs through the mattress, so was unable to have a good night's sleep and ended up having a sore back. We only received a payment confirmation email which had no address for where the studio was situated and went to the address on the receipt which turned out to be the rental office. Unfortunately, they weren’t particularly helpful and insisted the information had been sent,……
