「This is an older hotel but the staff is courteous and friendly. There is food and gas nearby. We were very pleased with this property」

「Front desk staff were exceptional. Housecleaning staff - not so much. Rooms were a little over full. Breakfast was ok but inconsistent. Convenient to eating. I'd probably be willing to stay there again.」

「I had an older somewhat disabled adult with me. I asked for a barrier free shower unit and was provided that. Appreciated! What was difficult was the toilet was too low for her and no grab bars to help lift and lower. Also the bed was very high. I did ask for and was provided with a step stool which helped. The staff was absolutely amazing. Probably my fault for not specifying the need for a full handicap accessible room. I would stay there again.」

「服务好，因为天气原因让提前入住，很好。」

「The property inside the cabin did have everything we needed .The view was beautiful looking at the lake.,the outdoor patio was very nice.but the bed was to high the shower head sprayed in the wrong direction and couldnt adjust it, and the TV didnt have good service..would freeze up.Spectrum service not to good.」

「The desk clerk was frequently in the breakfast area on her phone instead of being the counter. At one point, my key stopped working and her suggestion was I move to a different room rather than fixing my door. Also she kept repeating my room number very loudly in a lobby full of people who were now aware my door is malfunctioning. I was so creeped out I left a day early.」

「Great Location for CMU activities.」

「very clean, next to everything」

「Sheets were stained all over and front desk kept going missing every time we needed something」

「Clean and quiet room. No noise in hallways, good value. Close to highway.」

「We enjoyed our stay, however, there wasn't an elevator (hard for people with issues and it's a flight of 19 stairs to the second floor). The pool was closed & the breakfast was minimum choices. Overall nice place and it was good price & location.」

「The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly. However, before 8am there was a lot of very loud talking downstairs that unfortunately woke us up. After coming home late from a concert, it would’ve been nice to sleep in a bit. Also, breakfast is not included but there is a coffee bar that sells pastries. None of it being included. A nice breakfast outside on the porch in the cool room would’ve made the stay spectacular.」

「Barb, Bill and daughter Jessica were wonderful. Great conversations and an exceptional homemade breakfast.!」
