MAIN LEVEL

This expansive, space is perfect for your group to gather and create lasting memories. Whether you're cozying up by the fireplace or stepping out onto the covered porch, this sun-filled room is enveloped by picturesque forest and mountain views. The dining area comfortably accommodates 8 at the table, with an additional 4 seats available on the island.

LOWER LEVEL
On the lower level, discover a dedicated kids' playroom that provides a perfect space for the little ones. Additionally, a spacious family room awaits, complete with comfortable seating, a TV, air hockey table, an assortment of board games, and convenient access to the hot tub. This area is designed for both entertainment and relaxation, making it an ideal spot for family and friends to unwind and have fun together.

- Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags are provided.
- Coffee/Tea: We provide a few starter supplies for coffee and tea.

SPORTS CLUB ACCESS
All renters will have access to Attitash Sports Club amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, playgrounds, private walking trails to small beaches along the Saco, game rooms, fitness rooms, and more. Access is free for our guests. A keycard is provided at the property. Lost keycards are subject to a $25 replacement fee. Please review the welcome book for additional information.

Important - The extension of the club membership to our short-term rental guests is a privilege. Please obey all sports club rules. Any guest caught violating rules, vandalizing, or causing willful destruction of club facilities resulting in termination of our membership privileges will be held financially responsible for...
1) Cost of membership (initiation and annual fees which the club will not reimburse to us).
2) Loss of future rental income due to lack of sports club access to future renters.
