“My family and friends very much enjoyed out stay in the Montreux Holiday Home hosted by Emma & Guillaume. We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay along with the organized instructions and recommendations during our visit. The home was beautiful and modern as described. It comfortably fit our family of 4 and our 2 friends traveling with us. The views were stunning with many enjoyable sights including Old Town Montreux, the Chillon Castle, and the Lavaux Vineyards. “The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that……

“Beautiful house with a great view of the lake and mountains. There is a drop off at the edge of the backyard so have to keep the little ones near the house. We didn't use the bus and drove to town each day. Plenty of garage parking in town. Well equipped kitchen. ”
