「The room was clean and tidy however the shower extractor wasn’t working also a none slip bath mat would be good and the heating could have been better and a small fridge would be good,,, the food in the restaurant was really good and friendly staff,,, all that said we would stay there again,, 4 out of 5 stars 」

「很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚」

「Great hotel」

「The hotel is inside the University Park which isn’t convenient to us. Environment is good , the room is neat and tidy but isn’t spacious. Breakfast is good. 」

「近haymarket station, 大空間，沙發床的品質不很好，隔音不好，半夜被隔壁房的吵醒。好的簡易厨房，很方便。」

「I did not like trying to get to the hotel which is situated on the grounds a public university. One entrance from a main Street was blocked off and you had to go find another one to get into it There is a big sign at this entrance to the university that points to you to the hotel and the GPS send you there. If they're not going to open that one access then they need to put a sign saying this side is closed and brief description of how to get to the property. Parking was terrible but all...

「Only 16 rooms in an interesting historical building. Lovely grounds and walks adjacent with birds and squirrels. Enjoyed the food, the ambience of the bar and restaurant, nice bedroom with modern bathroom (yet "olde worlde" with roof timbers)」

「Nice hotel, room comfortable and restaurant/ bar food and drink very good and priced reasonably.few little gripes, when booking though a third party website it said parking was £6 per night, when I arrived I was charged £7.50 per night. Also double charged my account for our food and drink, removed eventually. But still was a live charge on my credit card for a week.」
