"It was very nice. The hotel is quite. And the sevice people was patience and good hearted. I very much enjoy fron a lady call 'vanya'. That working in the reception.The hotel is near the center. 10 minute walking from the beach.

I want to say that we order transformation from the airport to the hotel. And no body came to take us.
So we needed to take a taxi.

"The property was newly rennovated in a prime location looking at an old church and nect to one. It was in an old complex completely renovated with (2) restaurants, & a small supermarket below. We had a fantastic time walking the area, seeing the Bysantine renants, watching an event with song and dance and fabulous dinner at Pinnocchios. Petko, the manager, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Hated leaving this special place."
"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "

"My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! "
