「The bed was hard as a board not sure if it was a box spring or a mattress, the bedding had holes and was of inferior quality to say the least, I was afraid to use the bath tub/shower for fear that I would come out dirtier than before I used it. The tv setup was different having to use 2 remote controls to navigate it. But the staff was very friendly.」

However, the room door didnt lock and the joining room door didnt lock either, so they had the wardrobe blocking the door just enough the next door neighbors couldn't get into our room. 「Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all.
