The space
This is a 3 bedroom unit with a full bathroom including tub with shower, also laundry facility for your use. Beds are new Spa Sensations with hypoallergenic bedding. Living room boasts a Roku TV and leather furniture - two recliner seats are built into the one sofa as well.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and full refrigerator, double stainless steel sinks, and plenty of kitchen storage for long-term guests. Authentic Hitchcock chairs highlight the dining area, with plenty of natural light!
Step out the kitchen door onto a lovely new covered patio with furniture to relax in, whether it's morning coffee, evening wine or food off the grill - grill provided.
Guest access
Generous parking area for at least 4 cars.
The view is pastoral - old barns and fields behind the unit with the convenience of a Main Road to take you wherever you wish to visit!

We understand the desire or need to travel with ones pet, so we are willing to work with guests to provide a place where you can vacation together.
Our units are top-rated and always tidy - in order to maintain this status, we ask a few things of our pet-toting guests:

Pet fee is additional and added in to your total fee

PET FEE TIER:

$35 per pet for stays 1-3 days

$50 per pet 4-7 days

+$25 per additional week

(Max $125 per pet/month)
**This fee may be increased for large amounts of hair or excessive odor or any extra cleaning required**
⦁ We inspect the unit with black light to ascertain any pet damage
not visible to the eye, this includes urine or any other fluids
⦁ Any items that are damaged by pet will need to be replaced and you will
be charged for this expense
⦁ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED PAST DOORWAY TO BEDROOMS &
BATHROOM - no exceptions! Use the pet gate to ensure this doesn't
occur
⦁ Pet owners are to clean up after their pets defecating on the property -
property will be inspected after you leave. If needed, the Pet Butler will
be called for clean-up at your expense
⦁ Pet beds are provided. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Their
claws can cause damage to wood/leather/fabric
⦁ Pet smells will be charged for, whether cleaning or replacing
⦁ Pets that we are not made aware of at time of check-in is cause for immediate eviction. Be upfront with the number and variety of pets. We are willing to work with you

There is no fenced area for pets - please keep your dog on a leash. You are responsible to clean up pet droppings. The Pet Butler will be called for clean-up and you will be charged for this service if droppings are discovered upon inspection after you leave
