Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. “So disappointed in what they have done to this once beautiful hotel. It had so much personality. Not now. It is now a Comfort Inn and it looks awful. The room was clean but no coffee maker. The worst part is you could not use the hallways in the morning to go to breakfast. You had to go outside to get to the breakfast area. Glad it wasn't winter. The staff were great. It's not their fault. Won't be going there again.”

“ Would definitely visit again. Staff was very welcoming, has a great attention to detail. Breakfast was spectacular, a savory or sweet morning!! And the cookie of the day!! Always coffee and tea and plenty of snacks available!!! The location, at the top of the hill, made for great viewing of the area, not only from our room but the main building as well. It was only a short walk to enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants. ”
