Best Location Premium apartment in Prime Central Bath

A listed house which has been beautifully restored and converted into 3 contemporary apartments on upper floors. Apartment is on 3rd floor.

Everything that the city centre has to offer-the museums, the bars, the restaurants, theatre, cinemas, world famous spas, shopping, the river and charming canal-all is within easy walking distance.
Masses of nearby walks through fabulous countryside.
Short term Parking available nearby.
But do please make arrangements early to save money if arriving by car.
The space
Views of the world famous Royal Crescent can be seen from the flat.
Inside the apartment is a contemporary space within an historic building.
Jane Austen lived a few doors away !

Guest access
Parking is very restricted in Bath, due to the nature of the city.
The MiPermit app makes life a lot easier ! Recommended !
There is limited free parking at the rear of the property-Green Park Mews. First come first served, please be very considerate not to box anyone in !
There are short term meters at the top of Green Park. Parking is free 6pm-8AM. Sainsbury's supermarket nearby is free for 90 mins.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using justpark.com, search using address postcode of BA1 1HZ.
There are also 3 public car parks within easy reach ;
Kingsmead Square 300m
Avon Street 400m
Charlotte Street 400m (overnight parking is only £1.50, park between 6-8pm)
Green Park Road 400m (overnight parking free 8pm-8am

ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE PARK n RIDE for FREE long term parking.
The city has 3 Park n Rides. Coming from the M4, suggest you use the Lansdowne site. Just park up, its free, - pay for the bus only.

From the moment of check-in Aisling has been wonderful with check-in and communication. Super easy. The flat was marvelously clean and adequately stocked even with the littlest things. Perfect for time spent in Bath. Beautiful countryside with awesome historical ruins. Lots of wonderful food, pubs, and nightlife available. The parks are truly breathtaking. The flat is directly next to the Green Park. Would highly recommend this flat and hope to eventually return for more fun times.

Top notch in Bath

The hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful to two older women. We were picked up at the train station and then assisted with our luggage up three flights of stairs. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable and centrally located in Bath so we could walk everywhere. It was a glorious stay.

We had a great time in Bath - the location made it easy to walk around the city and restaurants were only about a 10 minutes walk. We could also easily pick up supplies at Sainsbury's. The the close proximity to the train station (15 minutes on foot) was very convenient.

Perfect weekend haven

Two London students and a visiting mom and grandma loved our weekend here! The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and functional too. Aisling was prompt with replies, but we had no questions, everything was simple. Also BEST checkout, a literal walk-out-the-door stay.

Lovely and spacious. Close to town. Parking in bath is a bit of a hassle however the host provided all relevant information to assist. The property has quite a few stairs so this might provide challenging for some.

Short stay in Bath

The property was beautiful, modern, very clean and had all the equipment needed for a great stay. The only slight down side was the number of stairs to climb to reach the flat as it was on the top floor of a beautiful old building opposite a park - 70 steps! 😮 We were all in our mid 60s and reasonably fit, but we had to ensure we had everything we needed when we went out for the day. No running back for something! Having said this though, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the flat as somewhere great to stay and within a short walking distance into Bath centre.

Spacious and great views

This is a great apartment. It's on the top floor and across from a park so there are great views from the front windows plus lots of light from skylights. Very spacious, and a lovely kitchen with lots of dishes and cooking equipment. Just around the corner is a full grocery store (not an "express" or "local"). Easy walking distance to all the sites in Bath. We've stayed at six different places in England, and this was our favorite. The only downside for us was that the beds were very soft, but that's a personal preference.
