Very nice stay. Parking was difficult but on site. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Big climb with heavy luggage. Room was small but clean. Bed was a double. Small for 2 but comfortable enough.
Breakfast was very good.

We had a great two night stay at this bed and breakfast. Our room, number nine, was small but had everything we needed and was decorated to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable and room was warm and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, with high quality ingredients used. Lots to see and do in the local area too. Will definitely stay here again.

A lovely, comfortable stay, everything we needed and more. A range of tea and coffee available with a tasty treat. Parking available on the carpark, with about a 15 minute walk to Bath centre, so saved us parking in the centre. We were glad we brought trainers as Bath is hillier than we were expecting but very beautiful!
Delicious breakfast. Great communication with the owners.
Definitely recommended and we would stay here again for a returning visit to Bath.

Great staff ! Walk to bath easy going but a little harder coming back but still a nice walk, breakfast was excellent both in quality of the food and the service
