Situated on an attractive, peaceful avenue with shops, cafes and a gastropub right on your doorstep. A further 10 minute downhill walk and you will find yourself in the heart of Bath.
This is a brand new listing, with a large bayed sitting room at the front of the property, enjoying far reaching views and a beautiful period fireplace.
There is a large double bedroom to the rear, with an ‘Eve’ mattress, ‘soak and sleep’ pillows, with it's own smart TV.
More than 2 guests staying? We will make up one ‘JayBe’ fold-away bed in the living room for each additional guest. Please note that these can only be provided for the third and fourth guest, unless otherwise agreed.
The apartment is accessed through a communal hallway, leading to your private entrance on the ground floor. A key safe located at the front door holds a key to the building. The flat door has a keypad so no key is required.
You will have unrestricted access to the entire apartment, excluding the basement which is used for storage.
Please note there are five steps leading up to the front door. The rest of the property is step free.
Free parking is guaranteed. You may park on the driveway to the left hand side only. In the unlikely event there is no space please let us know your registration and we will activate a digital permit allowing you to park anywhere along the road. There is also 2 hours free parking on the road should you wish to arrive earlier than check in.
We live just a few minutes walk from the apartment, so are in easy reach should you need any assistance.
The apartment is located in the ‘Bear Flat’ area, a short stroll from the centre of Bath. Here you will find everything on your doorstep (less than a 1 minute walk), including: a superb cafe (the Good Bear),a lovely gastropub with live music (The Bear),a Michelin restaurant (#1 rated in Bath on trip adviser!),a small convenience store for groceries,a ‘Cook’ shop for delicious home cooked takeaway meals,a Thai takeaway,a hairdresser and barbers,a florist,a wine warehouse,a fish & chip takeaway
The first parking space is included in the price. We can offer a second parking space via parking permit at a cost of £5/day.
If you have booked for three guests, one ‘JayBe’ fold-away bed will be made up in the living area ahead of your arrival. If you have booked for four guests, two fold away beds will be prepared. Additional single beds can be provided at a cost of £20 per bed, which covers the cost of setting them up and associated laundry costs. Thank you for understanding.
