The ground floor boasts underfloor heating making for a comfortable warmth underfoot.
The accommodation has a double driveway for two cars and upon agreement and small fee we can provide extra parking with a permit along the beautiful residential road. There is an EV charger for a small additional fee upon arrangement.
Situated in the quiet, popular area of Bath known as Bear Flat, the accommodation is only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. There are numerous amenities within a three minute walk including a Gastro pub, The Bear, the Co-op, Cook, Majestic wine and the popular Good Bear Cafe, not to mention the Michelin star restaurant Menu Gordon Jones. For outdoor excursions, we are a 13 minute walk to Alexandra Park and 7 minutes to the Two Tunnels path.
For an additional daily fee, we offer rental of a Tesla Model 3. This will be fully insured and is bookable separately via Turo, subject to availability. Details will be shared upon booking, however you can find further details on the Turo website.
We allow well behaved dogs provided they stay downstairs and off soft furnishings.
