Beautifully renovated courtyard apartment within a large Georgian Townhouse in central Bath, only a short walk from all main attractions. Very tastefully decorated throughout with great attention to detail. There is large open plan living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a brand new bathroom. This unique and stunning space comes with a lot of original Georgian features, such as exposed cobble wall in the back bedroom and decorative fireplaces in the two other rooms.

The Space:
Private entrance from the Paragon, through a separate gate and steps leading down to this lower ground floor apartment. Large living room with open plan kitchen and a dining table. Bedroom one comes with two comfortable single beds. Bedroom two comes with a king size bed and is located at the back of the house. There is also a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a small outdoor courtyard area.

Guest Access:
Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away.

The property is found at the foot of Lansdown Hill in a terrace of houses upon the raised pavement opposite The Paragon, a street of Georgian houses which have been designated as listed buildings.

Due to the age of the building and it being a basement flat, during wet weather the apartment may need to be well ventilated / have a dehumidifier on which is provided.

Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guest 5 and 6. If you wish to use the sofa bed when booking for less than 5 people there is an extra £20 charge to cover linen costs
