「A very nice hotel on the water with downtown just a short walk. We had a little wrinkle with our reservation but Penny was able to resolve the issue, making our stay more enjoyable. The rest of the staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and comfortable and included a wonderful breakfast with plenty of selection. A top quality stay.」

「The accommodation is quaint & interesting. Access to each room is through the other and the doorways are narrow. Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. 「So disappointed in what they have done to this once beautiful hotel. It had so much personality. Not now. It is now a Comfort Inn and it looks awful. The room was clean but no coffee maker. The worst part is you could not use the hallways in the morning to go to breakfast. You had to go outside to get to the breakfast area. Glad it wasn't winter. The staff were great. It's not their fault. Won't be going there again.」
