"This place was perfect! Check in was simple (even for me) It was very very clean, layout was great, decor was stylish but not fussy. The bed was comfortable and the view was lovely especially for the price, from this room you can see the sea and the park which is ideal from any window. The bathroom was really accommodating with a spacious shower which was easy to use. The carpet in the room was really good quality which to me makes a huge difference when staying somewhere. I’m a carer for my mom and live in the area but have started to get a little bit of time off a week and I chose to take time out here, it was a brilliant choice because I couldn’t fault it and definitely will be returning for my future breaks away from reality. Thankyou guys, your hotel was very much appreciated by me. "

"Everything about this house is stunning. All appliances are top range, the kitchen was so well equipped there was nothing you didn't have. Cleanliness was 5 star. The views from the property are beautiful. We didn't need to contact the host but all contact regarding codes for entry etc in the run up were efficient and easy to follow. "

"On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id suggest a pot of sauces on the table for breakfast as its "can we have, have you got" all the time. Tommy stood out as a fantastic member of staff always polite and worked very hard.always a pleasure. Thank you Our room was very cold at night no heating on except set times so pleased that we had a hot water bottle, but we both had to wear clothes to get warm. When spoke to other residents they said the same.(No phone in the room to call anyone) Room smelt musty so could do with maybe a freshener plug in? The bathroom needs a table or some shelves as there is nowhere to put your wash bags down apart from the floor, and im not a fan of that! There could do with maybe a few more hooks in the bathroom too. 1 on the door is not enough. The room was tired, needs a freshen up on the paint and wall paper, beds comfy, lots of wardrobe hanging spaces, mirrors. Enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price too. "

"Really lovely place, well presented cottage with everything you need. Dog friendly!!! In a nice and quiet area, close to walks and a short drive to Brixham to enjoy the traditional British Harbour town.The only negative is the squeaky metal bed frame with the most minute movements... That kept disturbing the dogs, in turn waking us."

"I can see why a previous review only said ok. The apartment is good. The location excellent. But communication with the owner was dreadful. We were not given the vehicle gate code. The owner did not respond to our request nor VRBO's request to contact us with the info. Every time we went out we worried how we would get back in. So overall all we can say is ok. "

"Gorgeous little place! Lovely clean rooms with great facilities, breakfast and breakfast choice, lovely hosts and a lovely experience! The walk to brixham harbour is super easy from this location and the parking included is awesome! Thank you so much again for such an amazing weekend! :)"
