「在Hotels. Com上預訂兩張單人床的房間，現場辦理住宿時卻被告知房間已滿只剩雙人床住宿。這就算了，進去房間內想洗個熱水澡，卻發現熱水器都不熱，打了客房服務也拖了很久派人來看，最後告知修不好請再多等半小時試試看會不會熱，最後以客滿的緣故告知無法換房。想請他們送招待的熱牛奶，也用裝聽不懂英文打算敷衍帶過。床上枕頭有非常明顯噁心的污漬。是個絕對會給負評的酒店，根本不值得四顆星。」

「The romantic suite setup was elegant and clean, great for couple stay. Will be more enjoyable if bathrobes are provided. The breakfast selection was good but some food quality can be improved. Downside is location, shopping area is not in walking vicinity, but transportation like grab is very available. 」

「Very polite & helpful staff. Nice outdoor sitting for its in house cafe / restaurant. Suitable for families and couple. Massage / facial inside the hotel is good. 」
