「Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. I talked with 5-6 agents and nobody cared about that and my safety. The...

「Overall is good, staffs are friendly, some nice restaurants near by walking 10 minutes, no place for shopping but a convenient store is just at opposite of the road. A Bluebird taxi station is near by.」

「Beautiful location on the water. Room were nice size & clean with balconies with ocean views. Rooms with private pool available or use the shared pool. There was no by there when I was there in mid January but it is wet season & likely to rain. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and is very convenient as there is not much around hotel.」

「The hotel is a bit tired and the beach is not the best but the service from the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and varied. It was good value for money for the price paid. I would go back there again. 」

「The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.」

「有電視,冷氣,沒有冰箱,沒有盥洗用品,少少的約8-10間小茅草屋,打開門就是泳池,滿小的,幾乎都沒人游泳,歐美遊客都在曬太陽,員工很友善,都會盡量幫助我們例如叫計程車以及叫外賣晚餐。唯一的缺點是附近貌似有教堂，會一直一直誦經，有時覺得滿吵的。」

「Graha Beach是一家看起来有些年头的酒店了，房间的设施不算很新，整体来说算是个缺陷。 不过，Graha Beach所在的位置算是闹中取静，走路到Senggigi中心地带大概5分钟，周围很多的换汇点和预定tour的地方，很方便。」
